Getting started with a therapist can feel scary and overwhelming. It is not easy to take the first step and reach out for help. My practice is based on the belief that all people are doing the best they can with what they know and what they have going on in their lives. Sometimes, life can have twists and turns that we are not prepared for or don't know how to navigate. It can be very helpful to talk to someone who has no preconceived thoughts or biases. My goal is to provide support, guidance, thoughtful insights and sometimes a gentle nudge towards honesty and self awareness.
